The Great Hall at Mains

 

Set amongst the backdrop of the River Wyre, the Great Hall replicates an original timber framed Tudor Banqueting Hall, which was on this very site almost 500 years ago. Overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens, with a feature water fountain, walnut trees, Tudor knot garden and topiary, all provide numerous photographic opportunities. We boast huge timber framed ceilings, a magnificent stone fireplace of grand proportion, sumptuously rich tapestries and huge ironwork chandeliers. This exclusive venue is ideal for civil ceremonies and receptions. The dedicated wedding co-ordinator is on hand to help plan your special day, from the initial stages through to the actual wedding. From 40 guests, up to 200 seated, the Great Hall will lend itself to any number and indeed any style of wedding that you require. The Great Hall at Mains is proud to use With A Twist, Heathcotes and Twelve Events Management as our in-house caterers.
